11 jan - Lansingtocht

Vandaag heeft Arie, samen met Anke en Fred, de Lansingtocht geschaatst. Vijfentwintig kilometer maar liefst, ik durfde het niet aan, was erg bang dat ik het niet zou halen .... Die 12 km van gisteren zit nog in mijn heupen  Maar, gelukkig kwamen ze met mooie fotos thuis, dus iedereen kan even meegenieten van deze prestatie !

Today Arie skated the Lansingtocht, together with Anke and Fred. 25 km ...., I didn't join them because I was so afraid I wouldn't make it ..... Still feel the 12 km I did yesterday in my hips  But, luckily, they returned home with a bunch of nice photos, so you can all see how they did today !

Ik heb vandaag nog maar eens een heerlijke wandeling gemaakt, het lijkt erop dat het einde van deze vorstperiode in zicht is, dus nog even genieten. Dochters gingen deze keer ook mee naar buiten, ja ... echt waar ! Ruim een uur gewandeld, dus we hebben onze gezonde dosis frisse lucht weer binnen

I went for a wonderful walk today. It looks like the end of the wintercold is near, so I had to enjoy it one more time. My daughters joined me, yessss ... they really did ! We walked for over an hour, and got our share of healthy air

I was just thinking about you today - and then you visited me I think maybe we're psychic LOL Anyhow hun, gorgeous pictures and so jealous of all your snow - we had a little, which quickly turned to lethal ice and slush. Looking forward to have you around next month my angel. Take care xx

Lieve ellen, dat gun ik je van harte !!! Maar realiseer je je wel, dat dit superschaars is hier LOL Jij hebt waarschijnlijk méér winter in één jaar dan wij in 12 jaar

Wat een heerlijke winterlootjes! En zo mooi die dichtgevroren sloten/kanalen. Echt zo typisch Nederlands. Volgende week ben ik een maand in Nl. Hou je iets van dit mooie winterse weer voor mij over??
